Hebron Police Officer Travis Shanaberg directs traffic on Rt. 40 afer flooding on I-70 forced traffic to be diverted through the village of Hebron. Recent rain caused portions of I-70 at Rt. 37 near Hebron to be shut down causing backups for miles in both directions. The eastbound lanes of I-70 were completely blocked off while drivers heading west were forced into one lane and slow driving because of standing water. (Dispatch Photo By Adam Alexander)
